- A brief description of what happened and the steps that led to it.
- Your device model, iOS version, and Origin app version, if available.
- Any error message you saw, copied exactly if possible.
Please do not email passwords, API keys, confidential case material, witness details, or other sensitive investigation information. We may ask follow-up questions to troubleshoot without collecting that material.
Privacy and account help
For information about how Origin handles data, see the Origin Privacy Policy. For account deletion, use Settings → Delete account in the app. If you cannot access your account, email support.
